Yuuki Mabuse (真伏マブセ ユウキ, Mabuse Yūki) is a guest character and the former main antagonist who appeared in Ultraman Blazar The Movie: Tokyo Kaiju Showdown. He is the son of Ichiro Mabuse.

History[]

Pre-Ultraman Blazar[]

Six years ago, after Yuuki's mother, Ryoko, passed away, the relationship between him and his father became quite distant. However, under his father's provision of exceptional education and resources, Yuuki displayed extraordinary technological development abilities as early as elementary school, and even achieved victories in international science competitions. Despite receiving numerous honors, what Yuuki truly desires deep down is his father's recognition and care. However, his father, excessively engrossed in research and the development of Damudoxin at the company, overlooked Yuuki's emotional needs.

In 2024, Yuuki won first place in an international science competition, where he used VR technology to create a tree of biological evolution. When he invited his father to the award ceremony, Mabuse politely declined, citing his busy schedule at the company.

Disappointed, Yuuki decided to use the VR holographic technology from the competition again. Disguising himself as "Alien Damuno" (ダムノー星人, Damunō Seijin)—complete with a handmade mask and straw costume—he sent threats to Necromass Co., demanding that Mabuse halt all development of Damudoxin. At the same time, Yuuki used his advanced hacking skills to infiltrate the GGFJ military’s systems, hijacking radio waves and gaining access to the ground-to-ground missile launch system at Fuji Base. When Mabuse refused, Yuuki launched the missile, destroying the research facility in Kamikura City. Damudoxin spilled from the tanks, absorbing Kaiju genes and giving birth to Gongilgan.

Disguised as Alien Damuno, Yuuki hijacked the television network and expressed his anger at the adult society. He condemned his father's research, calling Damudoxin "destructive technology" and demanded the government stop funding such dangerous projects, labeling those who continued the research as accomplices.

SKaRD tracked the source of the radio waves to Necromass Co.'s headquarters. Gento Hiruma and Mabuse searched for AD (Anti-Damudoxin), while Emi Aobe and Yasunobu Bando followed the reverse tracking to a children's playroom, where they discovered Yuuki in his Alien Damuno disguise.

As Gongilgan approached Necromass Co.'s headquarters, Yuuki fled to the rooftop to escape SKaRD’s pursuit, where he faced Nitoh. Amid the confrontation, Yuuki revealed his true intentions: seeking revenge against a society and a system that had neglected both fathers and children. He aimed to dismantle the society shaped by "filthy adults." When Gongilgan arrived, Yuuki merged with it, triggering its evolution into its second form.

Yuuki’s negative emotions took a toll on his mental and emotional state, and Gongilgan proceeded to Kasumigaseki, targeting the National Diet Building as a symbol of the "corrupt adult society." Its destruction was part of Yuuki’s plan to eradicate the root cause. As Gongilgan wreaked havoc in Tokyo, SKaRD devised a plan to rescue Yuuki using AD. Gento successfully entered Gongilgan's body and rescued Yuuki, but without its "soul," Gongilgan became more irrational and violent, worsening the destruction.

After Gongilgan was defeated by Ultraman Blazar and Earth Garon, Yuuki awoke from his coma and accepted his father's apology. Tearfully, he also apologized to Mabuse. Father and son reconciled, finally expressing their true feelings to each other.

Due to the contamination of damudoxin on Yuuki's body, he needed disinfection and follow-up examinations. Therefore, he was temporarily isolated and underwent decontamination procedures. While his father was assisting SKaRD in dealing with the small-scale Gongilgans created by the Gongilgan fragments, he took the time to visit Yuuki. However, they could only meet through the window of the isolation room.
