Yuriko Kosaka is a character who appeared in Ultraman 80. She is a member of the UNDA meteorological observation team.
Personality[]
Yuriko has a very friendly personality, and she usually delivers accurate explanations to the UGM team about the weather forecast information for the week. In addition, she treats team members with kindness and always explains things in detail. She has also participated in many missions of UGM.
Although Yuriko is usually serious and responsible at work, she also has a more innocent and simple side. She enhances the relationship between team members through relaxed communication, and has gained the trust and respect of everyone.

As a member of UNDA stationed at the UGM base, Yuriko is responsible for providing the latest meteorological, temperature, humidity, and other parameter reports to the team members of the weather observation team, so that they can prepare for their missions.

- Noriko Shirasaka, who played the role of Yuriko, actually played Non Yamaguchi in the first half of the series. However, due to the change in the storyline from school to the activities of UGM members, Noriko Shirasaka's character was changed to Yuriko in the second half of the series.
- Shirasaka's continued role in the series was due to a request from TBS, as well as Shirasaka's previous appearances on the TBS children's program Yuyake Ron-chan.
