When Akkio Fuji shows him his room in the SSSP guest rooms Gotoh asks strange things like what the building is made out of? Which Fuji answers Natural Concrete. Which Gotoh corrects suspiciously saying "no, there is a special alloy in these walls. Which Fuji says its a secret as she is very confused why Gotoh asked that.

Then Ide returns saying the AC is perfectly fine which he then gets suspicious about Gotoh. Then when Gotoh gets to his room he shuts the door rudely and locks it, closes the curtains and blocks other windows. Which then Gotoh opens his suitcase, injects himself with a substance and puts it under a detector which beeps from the injection.
