Who Goes There? (来たのは誰だ Kita no wa Dare da) is the thirty-first episode of Ultraman. On the DVD release it is called Who Has Come?, or Who Has Arrived?.

The episode starts with Captian Muramatsu introducing Gotoh for South American HQ who has "returned" from his 20 year long journey through the Amazon. Then Arashi and Ito make exclamations that he would of been 10 when the journey started. So "Gotoh" says he went on the journey with his father. Then his father died during the journey so he was hired to be a South American SP member. Then after Ide jokes about showing Gotoh the landmarks of Japan. Gotoh stares at the Captain's lighter turning it off. Everyone is very suspicious about it and even more suspicious when Fuji used a match to light a fire but then disappears out of nowhere. Then some SSSP members blame it on the AC. Which then right after Gotoh asks if he can have a rest. When Akkio Fuji shows him his room in the SSSP guest rooms Gotoh asks strange things like what the building is made out of? Which Fuji answers Natural Concrete. Which Gotoh corrects suspiciously saying "no, there is a special alloy in these walls. Which Fuji says its a secret as she is very confused why Gotoh asked that.

Then Ide returns saying the AC is perfectly fine which he then gets suspicious about Gotoh. Then when Gotoh gets to his room he shuts the door rudely and locks it, closes the curtains and blocks other windows. Which then Gotoh opens his suitcase, injects himself with a substance and puts it under a detector which beeps from the injection. Back at HQ Arashi also grows suspicious of Gotoh, Hayata then doubts the suspicions and laughs angering Ide. Ide asks Muramatsu if they did a physical ray scan on Gotoh which the Captain forgot due to Gotoh being unexpected. TBA
