Welcome! To the Earth: Part 1: The Science of the Planet Baltan is the 33rd episode of Ultraman Max.
Summary
A tiny alien has appeared on earth. Nobody believes in her existence. Can she avert a great crisis?
Plot
A policeman sees a tiny Alien Baltan leave a strange tiny house which materialized on the beach, when he approaches, it freezes him briefly and vanishes. Nobody believes him, but one other witness calls DASH. Yoshinaga believes it is was merely a large sea shell. However, when the other witness, a boy named Tstumo, revisits the beach, a tiny Alien Baltan greets him.
The alien tells the boy she's a child from outside the galaxy come to save earth from a crisis: due to humanity's destruction of the environment, the Dark Baltans plan to invade. She tells him that she needs to get to Kaito Touma of DASH. No matter what the girl does in her new human form, Tstumo cannot get DASH to believe him. She later tells the boy that the Dark Baltans will kill her if they find her, which is why she needs to take his form sometimes.
The Dark Baltans hijack DASH's main room in Base Titan with antigravity. He messes with the gravity in the city and appears in his large form. Kaito and Mizuki are out, and bring Tsutomo to the city. Kaito is sucked into the antigravity, but manages to transform. Max is no match for the Baltan.
Tiny Baltan tells them it's Dark Baltan, while Max fights the monster. It grows even more gigantic and steps on Max. Max grows huge too! He and the Baltan battle, and eventually vanishes. The injured Kaito is covered by falling buildings as the kaiju continues to rampage.
