Wataru Kazama is one of the main characters of Ultraman X. He is a member of Xio.

In high school, he was active as a member of the Japanese national rugby team, and because of his outstanding motor skills, he was selected by Xio to join the team. His younger brother, Isamu, is also a rugby player like himself.We Are Nebula!
In the series, Wataru has shown excellent marksmanship and outstanding reaction ability. In addition, he is also good at driving special search vehicles and often participates in battles as an actual combat member. In addition, due to his excellent results in space flight training, he was also responsible for serving as the pilot of the Space Musketty.
He pairs with Hayato Kijima, and though they always see each other’s as rivals (this trait even affects their operations), sometimes their teamwork often goes out well. While Hayato pilots the Sky Musketty, Wataru controls the firing assaults.
He spends his free time watching movies, preferably romantic movies, with his favorite one being Roman Holiday. Also, he falls in love with his childhood friend Nanako but gradually loses his love for her when she gets close to Hayato. Wataru's Romance
