Vittorio is a young Alien Keel Reionics in his early teenage years and the antihero of 2008-2010 manga series Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Adventure and its NEO sequel, which takes place 50 years after the events of Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle.

Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Adventure[]
A young Reionics, Vittorio at some point obtained an EX Gomora and participated in the Reionics Battle that Alien Reiblood reinitiated with the promise of taking his position as ruler of the universe if he became the victor. Initially, Vittorio was the only young Reionics and took an interest to Io Mikura due to their similar age range.
Vittorio first appeared as Io and his Pigmon were in the middle of fighting the EX Tyrant that was made by the joint collaboration of Alien Nackle and Yapool on Planet Pedan. The young boy summoned his EX Gomora to eliminate several of Yapool's Terrible-Monster Army, then left the conflict. Vittorio reappeared in the head of King Joe Scarlet, moments after Dorothy's death to explain the Reionics Battle to the young boy before he left. By the time Io and Pigmon were transported to that planet by Bullton's wormhole (resulted from its destruction), Vittorio was already there, exposing Alien Babarue for being an impostor Reionics. He temporarily join forces with Io to chase Babarue to the past to avoid changing the timeline.
He initially thought that Io and Pigmon were killed in Planet Boris' destruction, but was relieved to see his rival appearing unscathed. After killing an Alien Zarab's EX Eleking and an Alien Metron's EX Red King, Vittorio forced Io into a duel between their Gomoras despite the latter's reluctance. Io emerged victorious, but was captured by a Silverbloome as he discovered that the Reionics Battle was a ploy to gather all Reionics and had their life force absorbed. The young Keel managed to escape with Io's help and together, the two charged their Gomoras against Grand King. While it seemed that Reiblood was defeated by Reimon's spirit, Vittorio offered the boy a ride at home, but his ship was taken down by Prometheus, later revealed to be a Reiblood-possessed Deathfacer. Too injured to fight, Vittorio lend his Battlenizer to Io, allowing him to use both of their Gomoras to destroy the robot. Vittorio's injuries were tended and he congratulated Io, proclaiming his rival as a true Reionics.

At some point of time, Vittorio achieved his second reawakening as a Reionics, emphasized by his old Battlenizer evolved into Neo Battlenizer. Sensing that Alien Reiblood is still at large, Vittorio traced his energy sources to a wormhole where it led to an unnamed planet that Alien Guts used as a testing site. Vittorio hid himself upon seeing Ai Asama and realizing that he cannot summon his Red King, Vittorio unleashed his EX Gomora to kill the bird monster. After properly introducing himself to the boy and the Reionics Kanegon, the young Keel instructed Ai to absorb Agira into his Battlenizer to heal it. On his ship, Vittorio explained to Ai over Reiblood and how he was initially defeated before they crashed when Grozam appeared. With EX Gomora incapacitated from the icy attacks, Vittorio witnessed Ai achieving his second awakening as a Reionics by defeating Grozam with the latter's Red King. The appearance of Gatanothor put the alien at odds, since his EX Gomora was still weakened, but remembering Io Mikura, his faith in the light allows him to empower Ultraman Tiga. When the blue sphere appeared, Vittorio and the other two on board his ship to chase it to the past, leading them to the events prior to and during Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey. Per Reimon's warning, the Planet Hammer influenced Vittorio into a berserker and had his EX Gomora attacked Ai, causing the human Reionics to do the same and almost endangering his life had it not for Kanegon's interference. The boys were able to snap out of it, but unfortunately not only Vittorio's Neo Battlenizer damaged, their fight further empowered the blue sphere. They traced it back to the present day and it revealed itself to be EX Zetton. The Reionics managed to escape from the crossfire between the space dinosaur and the Space Alliance Army via Kate's help. With Kate revealing that the EX Zetton was her monster resurrected by Reiblood, Vittorio summarized that most of the threats that Ai and Kanegon faced before were probably orchestrated by the spiritual alien as well.
Vittorio managed to recruit Io Mikura and Pigmon as his substitute. Just as Kanegon did to Ai/Red King, Vittorio held Io's Battlenizer to further empower his Gomora so that they can destroy EX Zetton and defeating Reiblood once and for all. With Reiblood's guaranteed defeat, Vittorio thanked his companions for their help and instructed Ai to return to his world via the wormhole, to which Seven complied.

- Powers and Weapons
- Helmet: Vittorio wears a removable helmet as a form of protection. The visor can also be retracted if he ever wish to show his face without removing his helmet.
- Bostang-Type Spacecraft : A spacecraft that Vittorio rides on. Similar to the ones used by Grande, it is also shaped like the Ultra Kaiju Bostang.
- Battlenizer: A Reionics himself, Vittorio is in possession of a Battlenizer, summoning and capturing monsters in his possession. His Battlenizer is colored blue and black (similar to Kate) and evolves into Neo Battlenizer (which has Grande's silver initials).
- Self Repair: According to Vittorio, because Battlenizers are generally a mix between organic and technology, it can repair itself from the damages sustained. However at that period, summoning monsters would be impossible, as Vittorio's EX Gomora was temporarily decommissioned from the fight with EX Zetton.
- Teleportation Bracelet: Vittorio wears a bracelet that allows him to teleport to the bridge of his spacecraft.
- Gun: Vittorio carries a gun that he rarely used as a form of self defense. The one time he used, he try to shoot Silverbloome's grip, but the gun slipped and luckily landed on Io's hands, saving him nonetheless.
- Superhuman Strength: In ULTRA MONSTERS story mode, Vittorio is able to take the brunt of the Neo Maxima Cannon and throw it aside. Although this took up his entire energy reserve, Vittorio's condition was none the worse for fear.
- Battlenizer monsters
- EX Gomora: Vittorio's main monster, EX Gomora is considered as one of the strongest monsters that helped its owner rise to fame as the strongest Reionics. During the final battle against Reiblood/Deathfacer, Vittorio lends Io his EX Gomora, where the boy used it alongside his original Gomora to finish the possessed robot. The only known monster to have been as strong as EX Gomora is Kanegon's Red King, controlled by Ai who fights in full power.
- Verokron: In the EX Round of the arcade game ULTRA MONSTERS, Vittorio can also utilize a Verokron for the players to fight against.

While adapting from manga to story mode, some alterations were imposed, such as Vittorio's debut teasing Pigmon with his EX Gomora, then explaining the Reionics Battle to the protagonist after the latter uphold their promise by defeating EX Tyrant. When it's time for both to fight, Vittorio loses instead of winning before he was taken by Silverbloome. Vittorio uses his sheer might to shield the player's party and is only exhausted from defending them from the Neo Maxima Cannon, giving them his Battlenizer to perform Double Monsload. "Kanegon isn't the only one who crosses into the parallel world. My name is Vittorio. That Battlenizer of yours sure looked like it had some amazing power. Compared to my new Battlenizer, which one is the strongest? Let's brawl for it!"

Adapting Ultra Adventure NEO, Vittorio appeared right after the protagonist saved Agira. He initially intended to spar with the protagonist's monster, having upgraded his Battlenizer to Neo Battlenizer. The story went on as usual without his Neo Battlenizer damaged but the ending changes when Vittorio goes drunk with power as a result of his innate Reionics instinct amplified by the Planet Hammer and attacked both the player and Kanegon with EX Gomora. After regaining his senses from being defeated, Kanegon's Battlenizer unleashed Reiblood-possessed EX Zetton to fight them. Before they can continue fighting, EX Zetton summoned by Kate to return alongside Rei's spirit. The story ended with everyone returned via Rei's powers, Vittorio taking his time bid farewell to the player, promising to meet each others again.
In the EX Round, Vittorio is one of the Reionics which players had the chance of fighting against, summoning a Verokron instead of EX Gomora. If defeated, Vittorio lamented from his loss against the player. Mega Monster Battle: ULTRA MONSTERS NEO

Trivia[]
- Although a serious character, he is easily irritated if others call him a child. This stems from his attempt at trying to put a mature front and breaks his character out of minor inconvenience.
- His face is only exposed in the manga series, which is depicted to have long blonde hair.
- He is the very first Alien Keel to appear in flesh due to the manga and the arcade game itself, predating Grande in Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey.
- Since Vittorio is a rival Reionics like Kate and Grande, his two Battlenizers reflect the latter two's coloring and models.
