Howdy Aldo, just wanted to say thanks for making and improving the Parent-Page. It's a really nice way to show what's in the Ultra series.

Hey, no problem man. The Header will be finished sometime today after work, I'm particularly proud of the star field effect I made using alpha imaged pictures of stars and constellations and snipping them into the background.

Out of all of them I mades so far, this one took the most time becuase I felt like making something special other than two images snapped together or dragging something out of the photo gallery.Aldo The Fox (talk) 12:50, May 5, 2014 (UTC)

It looks fine, thanks for taking the time to make it. :)

Glad you like it.

Now onto the next part of the project, do you want a Video Game and Film template as well to describe the full content of the franchise? They don't have one for books, but I'm sure I can modify one template for the Mangas if you want. Or  can we just leave it as is to discuss only the series?Aldo The Fox (talk) 04:20, May 6, 2014 (UTC)

With sincerity we will answer these issues, about the issue of us using your front page template, when we were first approached to join your alliance; you agreed that you would only help us when we wanted it. As well as not being forced to add content or make others admins, and the toku asked ‘’us’’ to join. The dialogue of our agreement with Dchallofjustice for joining the Toku Hub is on DC's Talk Page.

Agreement for fox

the final word on our agreement

Here is a excerpt of the final agreement between myself, the founder of Ultraman Wiki and Dchallofjustice of the Toku hub

Therefore we don’t see any violation of our agreement with the toku hub to date, perhaps the other admins where not aware of this agreement.

If you think about it we have had the same strife and trouble with your admins in question but never threatened to leave the toku hub that we were invited to. We the Ultraman wiki in good faith have stood by the Wikia Commons and the original agreement with the Toku hub.  If you look at the history of interaction with mainly NBAJammer it becomes clear he has taken personal offense that his desires on some issues were not the view of the admins on the original Ultraman wiki. We think that the isue has more to do with personal problems between Jammer and Teridax, about other things that have happened the Toku Alliance and not necessarily having to do with the Ultraman Wiki. I think this will become clearer in the paragraphs below.

I will still address your concerns as best I can here;

The issue with the main page that was addressed by Teridax in his prior post is still quite within our original agreement, and actually we were cooperating with you when we asked for you to change our main page initially to your template and we only updated it with new information for the new Ultraman media we did not change the new template at all, and the only reason we locked it so no vandals would touch it; normal procedure for any wiki. And we never denied access to any of the toku admins to adjust it. In fact we granted toku admin Digi temporary accesses (link leads to date ad time). We don’t understand why this is a point you would mention as a conflict.

As far as the videos go, you never once mentioned that it was an issue with the toku hub, or gave us advice on how to deal with it. This issue was taken care of internally by our admins. Your admins and ours are apparently in agreement in this situation. If you have links from Toku admins to show otherwise please link because I have no information to the contrary.

Addressing the torrents you mentioned, as far as we can tell we are not in violation of  US law or Wikia Commons rules ( if you have laws that state otherwise please inform us as of yet we have had no discussion with the Toku admins that this is illegal.) . So since it is just a personal view that you may object to, we consider this part as part of our wiki’s autonomy, which was agreed that we could keep in our original agreement in joining with the Toku Hub. These torrents are only in our wiki’s community to educate ourselves for content purposes because they are subbed. But in the event that ‘Shout Factory’ gets around to releasing new episodes in English we will be the first to get those linked up.

We do not know who is informing you, but these issues you mention are in no ways grounds for dismissing the Ultraman wiki from the Toku hub; these things are all normal problems plus the things you mentioned where never issues at the time. These things are all being brought up now as opportunity to have reasons to dismiss us from the Hub. It seems there are no valid reasons other than personal issues with 3 of your admins. If you look at the actions of Jammer and Digi in the last three days which is from the time we informed the WIKIA Staff and DC about the other Ultraman site that is plagiarizing our material in the majority of their pages, you will see they have deleted our content that was put on some of their wikis pages already (content that they had allowed to stay until now), as well as closing and deleting our discussion about the possible plagiarism issue we contacted him about. He also deleted a message we gave to DC on the tokupedia. Then they also have been changing the links to our wiki on the tokupedia to their new site, which was done only after they knew we were seeking help from the Wiki Staff about the possible plagiarism, plus please note they never informed us they were doing any of this changing at all.  We found all this out on our own.  This is very immature action and strife-causing for the community; this seems premeditated and petty.  We do not really want to tell your Wiki staff how to run your wikis but the immature way this is being played out is effecting us now and our wiki and all those that have helped. Therefore, because of the great difficulty they have caused us because of their immature actions, we demand, also for the sake of the tokupedia wiki’, looking towards the future of your site, that these three admins who caused this issue should be reprimanded and removed of their admin status, and we would recommend, indefinitely removed.

Well, I can now add incompetency towards not escalating a situation to the things I do badly. To put it simply, NO. I will not evict my comrades, I trust them and that would only serve to make things worse then they already are. They are strict but for the most part we try to do the right thing. Emphasis on try, we are only human and can make mistakes too and would rather have civil discussion than shouting matches.

BTW, DC aka Chris has done nothing to you, so he does not need to be involved. As for the plagiarism, as we have stated before, that was not our doing and the perpetrator has been be dealt with. We apologized for any harm this may have caused and will strive to alter the pages accordingly.

I got posts on Gatchaman wiki over something I didn't do and they were rightfully deleted as it had nothing to do with the subject of that wiki. While I accept Lamango's apology, I found that rash action a bit damaging to my reputation. I'm worried people outside of wikis where I work on Wikia that I help may not trust me anymore. Godzilla Wiki is a particular concern, I have good friends there and I would hate for any of this melodrama to give them cause to want to pull out or block me.

Addressing the torrents you mentioned, as far as we can tell we are not in violation of US law or Wikia Commons rules ( if you have laws that state otherwise please inform us as of yet we have had no discussion with the Toku admins that this is illegal.)

http://www.maketecheasier.com/is-downloading-torrent-legal-or-illegal/

By today's standards, this is a morally grey area with lots of looking the other way involved. But if failed bills such as SOPA have taught me anything, this WILL change whether we like it or not, and it won't be pretty.

I wanted to be one of your defenders, I tried to think of reasons that there was no reason to build a new wiki to serve as your replacement. But then I found out you got in a fight with the creator of this wiki which led to their departure from them, and these little outbursts across Tokupedia certainly didn't help.

I am about ready to just drag all of you in a chat room so we can just sit down, settle things and talk like reasonable adults rather than bicker back and forth. --Aldo The Fox (talk) 23:09, September 3, 2014 (UTC)

Fox, first, thank you for responding.

Second, the initial issues you gave for our release in your previous post are invalid (ie, youtube, which we took care of; torrents, which we have a right to use; and using the template you provided), again, none of which are in violation of our agreement anyway, which you have not answered to, nor have you retracted. The links we gave you to consult, just like the previous points, have been totally ignored. You ignore the fact that your friends have started a wiki and used our stuff (they let it slide at least), and it is very apparent now that they have been making this wiki since three months prior. So any accusations they make now are opportunistic and bogus; no proof is given at all, and they accelerated their plan when they were found out, they’ve removed content from their secret and originally plagiarized wiki for the purpose of replacing us without telling us, all when we were still in good standing with the tokupedia, within the agreements we have made with you. Is this how you treat people you invite to your hub? Third; we have contributed for over a year, allowed you to be on our wiki, again, have never banned any of your admins for helping on our wiki when needed, per our agreement, did you not read it? So now, you kick us out for…? Doing what we agreed to do. The only reason we’re having these problems is because, mainly, one of your admins cannot get his way, made falsified claims with no evidence that are simply not true (which are definitely not grounds for removal), and in response started a wiki, allowed our material to be plagiarized, and lied about not having our material when confronted, obviously planning for over three months, to make a new wiki and to kick us out all because he can’t get his way with the several disputes that we had, which we had a right to make internally. That is it. That is why we are having this confrontation, not because of anything the Ultraman Wiki has done. There is no proof at all from the accusations from Jammer, and you won’t do anything about it. Fair enough, everyone can see it. We’ll continue to fix this matter on our own now. You are putting yourself in the same, immature boat, as the three that you’ve allowed to make false accusations, and allowed to run your wikis and violate agreements made. Heavy-handedness and manipulation, no matter how much work a person does, should never be accepted in leadership, especially here, in an unpaid volunteer community, where people have a right to the benefit of the doubt and a right to grow and learn on these wikis, and where we are sure there are more qualified users than the admins you have chosen to back in this unnecessary situation. And unless changes are made, Sayonara, Aldo the Fox.

Aldo, we're going to actively take interest in making sure the problem we went through does not happen to other wikis or users that may want to help your community. Therefore, we're going to encourage people we feel are in danger of joining your community to read our conversations with your admins about this situation and visit our wiki's blog, where we will be posting all the relevant links and events of your Tokupedia's handling of this matter. All based on our experiences with you and your lack of responsibility to take charge and solve these very serious issues, from your wiki's staff. Please take notice of the link at the end of this message. We are truly, truly sorry we have to do this, your men are so obviously wrong in what they've done when you look at it, but your lack of taking charge with these serious issues has forced us to take these strong steps in hope of a better wiki community.

Because of the outcomes of our negotiations with the Admins of the Tokupedia, their violation of the initial agreement for us to join their hub, and their failure to act properly with insubordinate Admins, the outcome has been our removal from the Tokupedia, which we believe was two days ago when they started changing links on the hub to their new wiki, even though it seems the plan for our removal has been in progress for several months.

And as for Jammer, Digi, and Digifiend, they have been blocked for the actions they have taken; false accusations with no proof, consenting to plagiarism, hiding the facts they have ie; blocked conversations, deleted messages, and removed our content from their mirrored wiki only after we had contacted them and the wikia community, and Dchallofjustice with whom we had made our original agreement to join the hub. Failure on his and Fox’s part to reprimand these admins has caused concern for us and for other wikis who may want to join them in the future, who we fear will have to endure similar unprofessional and immature admin ship. We really feel we all need to make the wiki community better, which is why we have invested interest to answer any and all questions concerning the actions of the hub admins.

Sincerely, Tsuru23, Founder

PS: This is a link confirming the plagiarism by the Toku Hub

So your response to this situation is to blackball us to our partners and make threats?

You know what, since I can't seem to calm down tensions between both sides and try to come up with a peaceful solution and make things worse. I am going to be quiet from now on and stay out of it. Not to mention your behavior, acting like we are conspiring against you when the reality is it is a misunderstanding that we are trying to rectify.

Hell, I might just quit for a while and just let things go. This whole stupid thing with creating Tokupedia was partially my idea and apparently it is a colossal failure.

Nice to know what kind of person you really are when you get angry. Goodbye.--Aldo The Fox (talk) 09:38, September 4, 2014 (UTC)

Fox, listen; we feel for your dilemma, but we gave you and Nbajammer two days to keep this from where it is at today. But you chose to take the easy way out it seems, and did nothing to resolve anything.

We gave you a chance > 1. We asked you both to give links for all to see ‘when our so called violations’ were made and ‘what they were about’. You were the accusers so you needed to show the proof, but you gave nothing. 2) We contacted you for two days also about possible plagiarism in your admin’s new wiki using our wiki material; you did nothing again. You simply swept everything under the rug and refused to hold your admins responsible for their actions. And now you are upset because we wish to clear our name in this manner and hold your admins responsible; which you would not or could not do. Why would we not warn people of the terrible management on your wiki after our experience with you, which you have no desire to change? Leadership has its responsibilities and your admins were immature in their accusations; abusing their power as admins and even if they did not plagiarize content themselves, they are complacent in the very thing for having our material on their site, plus when they were informed by us they denied it was ours. These actions by admins are inexcusable; yet again you do nothing. So we want to ask you to do what is right for this situation; get up and reprimand those 3 admins, and expel them from the Tokupedia. Problem solved; everyone will see your proper course of action made, and you will get a chance to see all the new talent out there that will help your wiki out.

I just read your sad profile . First off if you were an enemy here you would be blocked. It seems that you are only guilty of caring for your friend more that your wiki. You could of helped stop this from the beginning but apparently you did not want to. Anyway your friends allowed copied content from this wiki then denied it and tried to make it as though this wiki was at fault. Pretty weak man! And now you come here and look for people to help you out. You need to apologies to the wiki here and get back to an honorable standing here then I am sure you would have a lot of people wanting to help you out.

What part of "I want to be left alone and want peace and quiet" do you not understand? I no longer wish to discuss this because it will make things worse. Harass me again and I will report you to your superior.--Aldo The Fox (talk) 13:11, September 13, 2014 (UTC)

I would suggest if you want left alone do not leave posts and say stuff like " we are enemies of this wiki" on your profile page ...yeah that is harmless. I could say you are harassing me and this wiki because of your profile post there. I just spoke the truth and you are the ones at fault you seem to think that your actions can not be scrutinized. If you do wrong you should and will be scrutinized. Our little talk here gives you an opportunity to tell this wiki that you guys messed up and did wrong by allowing copied content and acting like tsuru and teridax where the ones at fault when you guys know you are. And change your profile tag< what a joke. Act like an Admin and admit your fault in this.

I do not want to hear anymore about harassing, am I clear everyone

Aldo I apologize for anyone who has been harassing you, you have done some good work on this Wiki and I am truly sorry this controversy arose and the affects it must be having on you. That said to anyone else who wishes to harass Aldo, Aldo has NOT been blocked, that is the first sign you should not be treating him in such a manner, I also I expect better from users of this wiki. In the future all Aldo has to do is alert me directly and I will give you one warning (those who are logged in), after that you will be blocked. The issue is between Tsuru, Teridax and Jammer and Digi (if I'm not mistaken) not any of you. The Ultra Wiki is not a gang and I would appreciate if you lot stopped acting like such! I do believe I have made myself clear, we do not want anymore of this behavior, of this animosity, we are a Community, a gathering of civilized behavior not an internet gang!

No problem, I remember when you used to spell check almost all the pages when I first came on. I had thought about making an impromptu award ceremony to show some appreciation for the work you did (you were one of the few people who spell checked back then) and others who contributed but decided against it since it could cause some excess competition. In short thanks for all you've done and while I don't expect to see you here for understandable reasons, hopefully I could see elsewhere and say hello. If you want you could head over to the Ultra Fan wiki and try your hand at fan fiction, new users are always a welcome. See you and good luck in your future endeavors

Technically the user didn't lash at you, he used no aggressive terms or threats, it was quite plain.

Plus why are you surprised? When you refused to help Tsuru when he asked for it in "that" situation, you didn't say no to just Tsuru, you said no to the whole Ultraman wiki and the users who put their time and effort into building it up. If they have a bone to pick with you, then you as the former ambassador, as you said you were, are going to have to deal with it yourself.

You said you helped us through good times, were where you in the bad times? That's what the users here are seeing.

I can defend Aldo's decision there, as that could cause more trouble in Tokupedia and break it up even more. We really should just move on, and try to make this wiki a better place. Maybe sometime this can be resolved, but for now, what can we do?

Anyone who was not involved with the ban and fight should be allowed to be left out of it, if they want to.
