Ultra Zero Eye is the transformation item of Ultraman Zero. It is designed after his father's Ultra Eye. When not in use, it is stored within the Ultra Zero Bracelet, now Ultimate Bracelet.
History
Ultraman Zero The Movie: Super Deciding Fight! The Belial Galactic Empire
Although Zero debuted in the previous movie, it was during the crisis of Belial Galactic Empire that this device debuted, which he used to return to his true form after possessing a human host named Run. After his second transformation and separation from Nao and Emerana, Run/Zero was captured by Belial while the tyrant kept the Zero Eye until Mirror Knight frees Run for him to regain the device and transforms again to put an end to Belial's empire.

Forms and usages
The Ultra Zero Eye possess two forms, Gun Mode and Zero Eye Mode.
Zero Eye Mode
The Zero Eye Mode is the Ultra Zero Eye's original form. The transformation steps can be made by either having the host wearing it on their face or having the Ultraman himself controlling the Zero Eye telepathically, therefore creating a forced transformation.
Once they don it, the ribbons of light and the Zero Sluggers appear with Zero's body materializing on the human host's before the Zero Sluggers attach and appear. During Taiga's second and final transformation as Zero, he jumps in mid-air and is surrounded by multiple light streams. At that time, Zero's three illusory images merge with him to complete the transformation.
