Ultra Special Operation (ウルトラ特攻大作戦, Urutora Tokkōdai Sakusen) is the twenty-eighth episode of Return of Ultraman.

Synopsis[]

A mysterious typhoon that has been occurring and disappearing randomly finally hit Japan. The reason behind it is Typhoon Monster Varricane! MAT shot tranquilizing guns to capture the monster, but Varricane regained its power by absorbing electricity from the high-voltage line and summoned a powerful Typhoon!
