The documentary brings together an anthology of interviews and stories from actress Yuriko Hishimi, who played Anne, along with the staff and cast of the series. The documentary covers everything from the initial incident where the originally cast Toho actress dropped out, leading to Hishimi's sudden casting as Anne, to behind-the-scenes anecdotes from the filming of the legendary final episode, all narrated by Hishimi herself.
It includes a recreation of the unproduced episode "Revenge of 300 Years", secrets about Anne Yuri and the creation of Ultraseven, memories of the first shot, and visits to iconic filming locations, such as the Irita Beach in Izu from episode 42 "Ambassador of the Nonmalt", Mukogaoka-Yuen Station from episode 8 "The Marked Town", and the Tama Riverbank from episode 49 "The Biggest Invasion in History: Part 2". It also features a special interview between director Akio Jissoji and Yuriko Hishimi.

- In the 2017 Shogakukan publication "The Story of Anne", Hishimi stated that during this documentary's interview with her and Akio Jissoji, he mentioned the banned Ultraseven episode, "From Another Planet with Love", and hoped that it would be released soon, although this was cut out of the release.
