The Ultra D Flasher is Kanata Asumi's Transformation Item, which he uses to transform into Ultraman Decker. Additionally, it allows Decker to perform specific one-time attacks by scanning an Ultra Dimension Card,[2][3] or summoning Dimension Card Monsters via the Mons Dimension Card. Additionally, it is also used by Dinas to transform into Ultraman Dinas.
History[]
Ultraman Decker[]
When Kanata Asumi was swallowed by a Sphere, he was saved from death by Ultraman Decker. Decker granted Kanata the Ultra D Flasher and Ultra Dimension Card to be able to transform to fight against Spheresaurus and the other Spheres. However, the device vanished after Decker was defeated in space and fell back down to Earth,Day of the Attack but manifested itself again a year later.Kanata's Resolve
The Ultra D Flasher would stay with Kanata for his subsequent battles. On one occasion, it briefly refused to let Kanata transform as he was conflicted regarding what Agams told him about the future.The Price of Prosperity After the might of the Mother Spheresaurus defeated Decker, the Ultra D Flasher shattered into pieces.End of a Dream Later, during GUTS-Select's final counterattack, Kengo, as Trigger, absorbed some of the Eternity Core's energies from Mother Spheresaurus and transferred it over to Kanata, allowing the latter to summon the Ultra D Flasher again. After Mother Spheresaurus was defeated, the device vanished, presumably returning to the future. The Light Far Beyond
Ultraman Decker Finale: Journey to Beyond[]
The Ultra D Flasher was created when Ultraman Dyna gave his light to an Alien Ravie named Dinas to revive her after she had been left near death during an alien invasion sent by Gibellus. Her strong will to protect others reacted with Dyna's light, creating the Ultra D Flasher and transforming her into Ultraman Dinas. The Ultra D Flasher then went back to Kanata's possession after his revival, with the Ultraman Dinas card becoming the Ultraman Decker card. Ultraman Decker Finale: Journey to Beyond
Transformation[]
Kanata puts in an Ultra Dimension Card into the slot on the side and then pulls on the lever at the bottom to flip the inner crystal outwards. He then pulls on the rear trigger to activate the transformation.
Powers[]
- Kaiju Summoning: The Ultra D Flasher can summon a Kaiju out of its corresponding Dimension Card when scanned.
