The UNVER (Ultimate Noxious event Versus Earth Ranger) is an international organization jointly established by various countries to handle the monster disasters caused by the "Ultra Flare". It is also the upper organization of Xio.
History[]
Ultraman X[]
15 years ago, a mysterious solar flare called the "Ultra Flare" suddenly appeared and engulfed the Earth, causing disasters such as the physical manifestation of dormant mysterious artifacts called "Spark Dolls" in various locations.
In order to combat this phenomenon, countries jointly established the international defense organization UNVER, with its headquarters located in Geneva, Switzerland. Its main objective is to recover, analyze, and strictly safeguard immature Spark Dolls from various parts of the Earth, as well as to research and develop their smart cards.
In response to potential crises, a special defense team called "Xio" was established.

UNVER Nevada Base
The Nevada Base is the world's largest Spark Doll storage facility, located in the United States. However, during the attack by Greeza, the base was instantly destroyed and absorbed by Greeza, rendering it completely nonexistent.

Daisuke Minamikawa
Daisuke Minamikawa is the branch chief of the UNVER Japan branch. When he heard about the disturbance caused by Alien Gold tE-rU, he visited Xio.
Initially, he ordered tE-rU to be expelled beyond Earth. However, due to the failure of Ultraman X and the fact that all of UNVER's forces were unable to defeat Gargorgon, he entrusted the joint operation of tE-rU and Xio to complete this mission.
He is portrayed by Koichi Miura.
Arsenal[]
As a management organization, this organization delegates the strategic and weapons departments to the Xio branches in each country.
- Perseus : UNVER once ordered the use of intercontinental ballistic missiles by Xio branches worldwide. In the series, these weapons were used to attack Gargorgon, who had fled into space, but all attacks were absorbed. The same weapons were also deployed in Xio USA.
