Toshizo Nemoto is a Japanese screenwriter who has had a long career working in the anime industry. He has served as a writer and series compositor for the Ultraman Series during the New Generation era.
Career[]
Nemoto studied in the Film and Imaging Department at Osaka University of Arts, aiming to become a scriptwriter. Later, through an introduction by Shinji Ishihira of Studio OX, he entered the industry and began working as a writer for multiple animated productions.
After first being involved in Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial in 2012, Nemoto has frequently written for the Ultraman Series since 2017 and took on the role of series compositor for Ultraman Decker in 2022 and Ultraman Omega in 2025. He also often collaborates with director Masayoshi Takesue on several episodes.
