Toshio Kurosawa is a Japanese actor. He portrayed Haruhiko Mouri, the main protagonist of Emergency Directive 10-4·10-10. He previously went by his real name, "黒沢 年男", which has the same pronunciation.

- According to Kohji Moritsugu, when Tsuburaya Productions was preparing Ultraseven in 1967, they originally intended to hire an actor from Toho to play Dan Moroboshi. Kurosawa was considered a possible candidate, but was not chosen because his image differed too much from that of Dan.[2]
