Plot[]
The fleet of the Heller Empire launched from the Titan Base is attacking various parts of the world. Earth is facing a massive crisis once again.
Amia, who has arrived from Planet U40, proposes that Ultria and the Ultra Fleet join forces to attack the Titan Base. However, the Earth Defense Army choose to sever ties with U40 and pursue their own interests.

- In 2024, this episode, along with the other installments of the four-episode grand finale, was re-edited into a feature-length film titled Feature-length Anime Movie The☆Ultraman: To The Ultra Star!! It was released in an HD remaster during the first segment of the Tsuburaya Film Festival 2024 and was also included in a Blu-ray box set.[1][2]
