"Using Junk, a computer they made together, Naoto and his friends found a destructive monster sent by Evil Lord Kahn Digifer. The monster is destroying hospital computers, putting Naoto's brother, currently under surgery, in danger. Naoto's strong will and courage to save his little brother reached over to Gridman. The two joined bodies and defeated the monster sent by Kahn Digifer. Naoto saved his little brother's life. His brother's recovery was a success; at the moment, he's currently recovering."

The Secrets of Acceptor Gridman the Hyper Agent.
is the second episode ofPlot[]
By defeating Gilarus, Daichi was saved and his operation continued. Naoto and his friends visited him at the hospital and seeing the young boy in recovery. Despite Ippei trying to tell Daichi what really happened, Yuka shut him up to keep Gridman's existence a secret. As the Junk was crashed earlier due to not having enough power to compute Gridman's data, the three friends were forced to fix it and implement a new memory. Affirming that the bug had fixed, Naoto used the Acceptor's yellow button to summon Gridman with Junk and heard his explanation on his origin.
"I come from the Hyper World, a world unlike yours, but I came here chasing after the Evil Lord, Khan Digifer."
"Who is Khan Digifer?"
"The Evil Lord Khan Digifer is a legendary demon who has warped through dimensions, spreading evil."
"Computer World is the world inside of a computer, right?"
"Exactly, Computer World is linked to yours. Khan Digifer seeks to dominate Computer World, and we must stop him."
"Does Khan Digifer really have that much power?"
"Evil Lord Khan Digifer's power is tremendous. If he succeeds in destroying the Computer World, he can bend the walls of dimension, which may mean giant monsters might appear in your world."
- ―Gridman and Yuka/Ippei (through Junk's keyboard).
In addition, Gridman explains the existence of Khan and his goal to invade the Computer World. Because of the current society's dependency on technology, the damages in Computer World will also be translated to the human world. Gridman on his own is just a sentient matter of energy life form, thus requiring to bond with Naoto to materialize and fight against Khan. Naoto's resolve to save Daichi also makes him a perfect fit since his desire to protect synchronizes with Gridman. Moments after the conversation, Ippei and Yuka each take turns in using Junk, now that it has a programming level on par with university computers.
Just like the day before, Takeshi returns home in a fit of rage. Khan instead use this opportunity to brainwash him into a mindless puppet on the spot. The lifeless-like Takeshi was ordered to design a strong monster with multiple armaments, christening it as Elastic Monster Bamora. Using the Sakuragaoka University's computer system, the two sent Bamora to reprogram the computer system and erecting a device capable of connecting both Computer and human worlds together. Gridman senses the program and has Naoto combine with him, despite the risk he would face in fighting Bamora. In mid-journey, the Passroute leading to Sakuragaoka University was blocked by a defense barrier. Through Yuka's hacking program, Gridman made it on time to stop Bamora from escaping to Sakuragaoka.
However since Junk used up a lot of energy to destroy the barrier prior, Gridman only had little energy left. Gridman managed to toss Bamora away and destroy it with Grid Beam, fixing the dimensional portal projector and return to Interior Space Aya. The still recuperating Daichi witnessed the entire event from his ward.
"Gridman was able to stop the Evil Lord Kahn Digifer's evil plan. But what will happen from here on out? All they are armed with is courage and hearts that wish to defend the world. And of course, their home made computer, Junk."
