The Puzzle Woman (パズルの女, Pazuru no On'na) is the fourth episode of Ultra Q: Dark Fantasy.

Synopsis[]

When Mochizuki assembled the puzzle that was enclosed in an envelope with no sender, a woman began to emerge, and simultaneously, he started to feel a sense of someone approaching.

What could be the true intention of the person who provided the puzzle?
