The Miraculous Flower is the forty-sixth episode of Ultraman Cosmos.

Plot

Alien Kyulia suddenly appears in a peaceful village. But he is a good alien who has been sacrificing himself to protect the villagers for centuries. Musashi and his companions search for a way to help Alien Kyulia, whose body has been undergoing changes.

• This episode is the conclusion of Doigaki and Yoshii's romantic arc, which began in episode 10 "The Bronze Devil" and continued in episode 34 "Wrath of the Sea God".
• According to producer Shibuya, the character Yamano/Alien Kyulia is portrayed by Eisuke Tsunoda, who previously played Michifumi Inoue in Ultraman Gaia. Alien Kyulia is portrayed by suit actress Tomomi Ota, who created a gender-neutral and striking appearance through a unique costume design with an asymmetrical body shape.
• The filming of this episode employed extensive visual effects, particularly the use of napalm. When Alien Kyulia is attacked by light beams, the resulting massive explosion was filmed using practical effects.
