Trivia[]
- According to producer Hiroyasu Shibuya, production of Ultraman Cosmos 2: The Blue Planet officially began around the time this episode was being made. To accommodate the film's shooting schedule, Musashi's appearances in the TV series were scaled back, and the episode was structured to focus primarily on Fubuki instead.[2]
- The return of Kasumi Sanjodera was due to her distinct personality and her entertaining chemistry with Fubuki, which also helped further develop their relationship.
- As envisioned by director Teruyoshi Ishii, the ending theme "Ultraman Cosmos 〜 Kimi Ni Dekiru Nanika" was filmed in sync with the karaoke scene at the end of the episode.
