Terror of the Two Giant Monsters, Tokyo in a Giant Tornado is the fourteenth episode of Return of Ultraman.
Synopsis[]
After repulsing the giant tsunami created by Seamons and Seagorath, Ultraman was left with little energy and had to retreat. On the other hand, the result of the analysis of "The Song of Seamons" proved the innocence of Captain Takamura, but he still faced difficulties returning to society. To repel Seamons and Seagorath from Tokyo, MAT had to develop a new weapon as soon as possible.

- A theatrical version with episodes 13-14 combined came out as Return of Ultraman: Fear of the Tornado Monsters on December 12, 1971 at the Toho Champion Festival along with other movies like Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, renamed Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah: Earth's Greatest Battle and also a shorter version of it, Inakappe Taishō's movie, The Adventures of Hutch the Honeybee, and The Little Match Girl.[1][2]
