Tatara Island 1

Members of the Tatara Island investigation team, who subsequently lost contact with the outside world on the island.

Tatara Island is believed to be an uninhabited island located somewhere in the waters surrounding the Japanese archipelago. Due to volcanic activity, Tatara Island has remained uninhabited. Now, the island is set to resume fixed-point observation. A four-person advance team was dispatched to the island, but a week has passed without any communication from them. Suspecting that an accident might have occurred, the Japan Meteorological Agency requested SSSP to rescue the weather station staff.

Upon arriving at Tatara Island, SSSP encountered Red King. However, Captain Toshio Muramatsu deemed the rescue of the weather station staff as the top priority and refrained from attacking Red King immediately, leading the team to the weather station instead. Shin Hayata and his companions entered the weather station only to find it ransacked. To search for the missing staff, they split into two groups to explore the island.

During the investigation, members Mitsuhiro Ide, Daisuke Arashi, and Akiko Fuji discovered water buckets, cans, and the work uniform of staff member Kawada. Despite their attempts to report these clues to Captain Muramatsu, magnetic interference on Tatara Island rendered their radios useless. Subsequently, Inode and Fuji were attacked by a blood-sucking plant named Suflan. Arashi used flames to burn the vines, successfully rescuing Inode and Fuji.

Meanwhile, Hayata and Captain Muramatsu encountered Magular. Hayata accidentally fell from a cliff, and Magular was defeated by Captain Muramatsu using a solidified gasoline bomb. Ide and his companions later encountered Pigmon. They believed Pigmon might know the whereabouts of the weather station staff, so they attached a special balloon bomb to Pigmon as a precaution and followed it. Soon after, they found the injured weather station staff member Matsui. Matsui told them that an hour after landing on Tatara Island, they were attacked by monsters. Over the past two years, the island has become a stage for kaijus to prey on the weak due to volcanic and seismic activity.

Pigmon had brought food and water to Matsui and was the sole survivor unable to escape due to leg injuries. However, Red King appeared once again. Ide and the others attempted to counterattack, but their attacks were ineffective. Pigmon tried to distract Red King to protect Matsui but was ultimately crushed by rocks thrown by Red King. Ide and his companions launched a signal flare to Captain Muramatsu, requesting support.

Captain Muramatsu led a team to where Inode and the others were located, leaving behind the injured Hayata. Hayata transformed into Ultraman and, after a fierce battle, defeated Red King with a neck throw.

In the end, all weather station staff except Matsui had perished. Captain Muramatsu sighed, remarking that nature has not only its beauty but also its dangers, a lesson that should never be forgotten. The Lawless Monster Zone

Gomora, now with enhanced abilities, soon proves to be a much tougher opponent than Red King and easily overpowers Mebius, but fortunately Shingo Sakomizu lifts the METEOR ban on GUYS, allowing them to fight back by severing Gomora's tail. Subject Phantom 1

Subject Phantom

The Subject Phantom (サブジェクト・ファントム, Sabujekuto Fantomu) appeared in the series as a floating island that suddenly emerged in the Pacific Ocean. DASH members Kaito Touma and Mizuki Koishikawa landed on the island and discovered traces of an ancient civilization. The bio-computer Pigmon acted as the island's control device, with Salamadon and Paragler tasked to protect it.

During their investigation, DASH confirmed that the island was floating on the sea. Additionally, the rocks on the island would explode when exposed to a certain amount of heat, a substance not found on Earth. Professor Yukari Yoshinaga speculated that Subject Phantom Island had once been home to an advanced civilization.

Meanwhile, Kaito and Mizuki encountered "Pigmon". Kaito offered his nutrient jelly to Pigmon, establishing a friendship between them. Unbeknownst to DASH, two treasure hunters and archaeologists had already landed on this mysterious island. The archaeologists discovered a giant temple and a statue of Pigmon. If Pigmon did indeed coexist with ancient humans, it would be a significant breakthrough in archaeology. They began searching for Pigmon on the island.

After the treasure hunters' helicopter was attacked by Salamadon, the statue of Pigmon in the temple was destroyed, inadvertently releasing the sealed "Disaster God" Red King, causing the island to begin moving. If it were to collide with the Japanese archipelago, the entire Houshou Peninsula and Hokuriku region would be devastated.Monster Island Appears!
