Every video begins with a short segment showcasing the standard Inter Galactic Defense Force Practical Training regime, with the featured Ultra Hero sparring against another.
- Super Power Introduction
After the training ends, the Inter Galactic Defense Force Commander Zoffy takes over and introduces the viewer to the super powers of the Ultra Heroes.

- Zoffy is voiced by Shunsuke Takeuchi, who previously portrayed the character in the Ultra Galaxy Fight series.
- These short videos feature the debut of Ultraseven's new suit, which is now closer to his original 1967 suit, and Ultraman Jack's new mask, which is sculpted with a slight curvature at the chin to resemble his original mask.
- A video featuring Ultraman Zero was uploaded after Ultraman's but was later made private.
