Plot

Ai Misaki, Fubuki’s former colleague who disappeared during a flight exercise, returns for the first time in three years. But behind her return lurks an alien who seeks to invade Earth.

• Producer Hiroyasu Shibuya mentioned, 'The storyline of this episode is reminiscent of battlefield manga series. This is Fubuki's past chapter. However, unlike the NX missile incident in episode 37 "Fubuki Retires?!," this episode tells the story of an irreversible mistake, an event that cannot be erased for a lifetime.'
• In terms of special effects, the crew filmed real scenes in the Minato Mirai area of Yokohama and composited Cosmos into the scenes. At the same time, in order to create the battle scene between Cosmos and Giragas, the crew built miniatures.
