Shuuhei Aragaki is one of the main characters from Ultraman Taro. He is the vice-captain of ZAT.
Personality[]
Aragaki has an open-minded personality, often serves as the commander on the spot when carrying out tasks, and gives exact orders to his subordinates. As an older person, he often speaks from an elder's perspective, but he occasionally shows a cute side by telling jokes, such as jokingly making fun of Kotaro.
He is a big eater and eats almost only curry rice, no food such as rice balls as side dishes. Even though he ate suspicious crabs and mushrooms, he didn't get sick.
History[]
Ultraman Taro[]
In episodes 33-34, his body is borrowed by Ultraman.
He leaves in episode 51 to an overseas base, so another vice-captain Kazumi Nitani takes his place.
Transformation[]
Willpower: After merging briefly with Ultraman, Aragaki is able to transform into the giant by raising his arm in the air. This was only done once to battle against Alien Temperor.

- Aragaki's actor, Takahiko Tono, dropped out of the series after being hospitalized after filming the 50th episode because he broke his leg while skiing.
