Trivia[]
- Sano was initially cast as Kazuma Ikuta, the protagonist of episode 40, "Dream," in Ultraman Tiga. However, due to scheduling conflicts, he was unable to take on the role, which was ultimately played by Eisuke Tsunoda.
- Following Sano's portrayal of Tetsuo Kinjo in My Beloved Ultraseven, Shozo Uehara had intended to cast him as Kinjo once again in the unproduced film Island Song of Nebula M78: 37-Year-Old Kaneshiro—At That Time. Unfortunately, the project was canceled and never brought to fruition.[4][5]
