A germophobic architectural designer, Shingo is one of Seiichiro Isurugi's subordinates. Once he learned that he was trapped in the space time continuum with everyone in the Furuhoshi Elementary School, his desire to escape allowed Gray to manipulate him into transforming into Zaragas. He was returned to normal by Ultraman Ginga and Red King (Misuzu). The Ginga Spark Stolen
