Shin Kishida was a Japanese actor, voice actor, playwright and director, known for his supporting roles in films and TV series. He is particularly known for portraying Shiro Maki in Operation: Mystery and Ken Sakata in Return of Ultraman.
Kishida was also responsible for creating the monster Pris-Ma and wrote its debut episode under the name Shin Akegawa .[1] He also wrote an episode of Fireman under his real name.
Death[]
He died at 4:59 am in December 28, 1982 due to esophageal cancer, he was 43 years old at the time.

- Return of Ultraman episode 37 "Ultraman Dies at Sunset" was physically the last appearance of Shin Kishida's character, Ken Sakata until his death.
- Kishida was originally scheduled to play the human form of Alien Virmin in Ultraman Leo episode 31 "Japanese Folklore Series! - The White Flower That Protects the Earth", but the role was given to Noboru Nakaya due to scheduling conflicts.[5]
