Sedegan (セーデガン, Sēdegan) is a larged-nosed kaiju that is one of the many new age Ultra Q monsters to appear in Neo Ultra Q.

Subtitle: Stench Monster (悪臭怪獣, Akushū Kaijū)

History

Neo Ultra Q

Sedegan was a lone monster who sat on an island filled with sweet smelling plants. A greedy woman washed up on his shore and Sedegan tried to be friendly, only to have the girl steal his plants and call the large nosed monster smelly. When she returned one day, the Japanese military raided the island and open fire on Sedegan, killing him and leaving the woman in misery.

Sedegan's suit pays homage to Neronga and Red King.
Despite the official height, Sedegan is often shot appearing to be barely 4 meters tall.
Sedagon bears a striking resemblence to the monster Daigoro from the Tsuburaya-produced film, Daigoro vs Goliath.

Powers and Weapons

Healing Mucus: Sedegan can emit mucus from his nose that can heal small wounds in seconds.
Stench: Sedegan could constantly emit a foul smelling odor around him.
