Scott Masterson is the young protagonist of the movie Ultraman: The Adventure Begins who has a weakness for pretty women. He is assimilated with Ultraman Scott.
History
Ultraman: The Adventure Begins
The member of a trio of exhibition pilots, Scott and his companions Chuck and Beth were putting on an air show when their fighter crashed into three shining lights. The collision totaled their planes but miraculously all three survived. Unable to explain what happened the three were put on leave until answers could be found. Separating, the three went their own ways with Scott unsurprisingly finding himself by a pool with several beautiful women. Scott and his team were later brought back together by a man named Walter Freeman who explains to them what happened in the crash. Three Ultra beings had crashed into their planes when they arrived on Earth, to save them, one assimilated with each of them. Due to this only they had the power to battle the Zorkin beasts that now plagued mankind.
Transformation
Will Power: Like Hideki Goh, Scott does not have a transformation item. Originally he could not transform until his first near death experience while fused with his Ultra counterpart, when spontaneously he transformed and could later do so at will. When he changes, his eyes would being to glow brightly.
