Synopsis[]

Q is attempting to contact Dr. Mengele, a remnant of the Nazis, in order to develop a cyborg capable of operating underwater. On the other hand, MJ receives a request for cooperation from members of the Jewish Committee, which aims to prosecute the Nazis. MJ attempts to detain the doctor before Q can, but...
