Barring Yoko, the STORAGE members are introduced to the completed Windom at the hangar bay. Despite being presented as a versatile counterpart to Sevenger, Windom's charging period is longer due to many of its internal designs were off-railed from how Yuka envisioned it to be. A few minutes later, STORAGE members are dispatched to handle Telesdon in District 2 of Kumaoka City, Saitama. The monster march its way to the geofront construction site and Yoko prepares to fight it with Sevenger. Haruki on the other hand managed to divert its attention away using STEGG, but the noise from the site's siren provoked the monster to burn the entire ground with its flames before retreating underground. Kaburagi was there to observe the ensuing chaos.

After picking a sample of Telesdon's skin from Sevenger's hands, Yuka revealed her analysis on the monster, its flame sack on the stomach allows said monster to be active even on the daylight and it was awakened due to interruptions from the underground construction site. As everyone else had left for their homes, Yuka remained in the office overnight to solve Windom's problem. To her surprise, even Inaba remained to solve the same problem. The two share sweet potatoes baked using Sevenger's leftover duct covers and decided to not reduced its arsenals just for the sake of its battery reserves. Using the Z Riser, Kaburagi accessed a pocket dimension and created a monster-themed Medal from a sample he obtained.

The next day, Yuka and Haruki discovered that the latter's pudding was suddenly baked in the refrigerator, right next to Neronga's horn. The team is once again alarmed by Telesdon's arrival at Kitabashi Ward, Tokyo. After Sevenger was defeated, Haruki transformed into Ultraman Z Beta Smash, but the form could hardly deal with said monster's ability to use drill attacks. Using Neronga's horn to fully charge Windom, Yoko piloted the second robot to assist the Ultra with its set of armaments. Approaching the fallen monster, Kaburagi fed it with his Medal and Telesdon arises with a neck frill, something which Yuka realized to actually belonged to Jirahs. As the empowered Teelsdon turn the tide of the battle, Z assumed Alpha Edge to dodge its attacks while Yoko rips off its frill, allowing the Ultra/robot duo to destroy the monster with Zestium Beam and missiles. Haruki obtained Kaburagi's Medal, but Z revealed that the monster-imbued item isn't part of the Land of Light's collection and correctly guessed that someone was manufacturing them based on the Ultra Medals.

Windom returns to its hangar for repairs and Yuka decided to artificially recreate Neronga's horn in order to recharge the robot again when needed. Observing Z's data on the computer, Hebikura grins and decided to "get another toy to play with".

Trivia[]

  • The algorithms in Yuka's notebook were done with cooperation with a professor in Gifu University.[2]
  • The pro-wrestling move that Z Beta Smash made against Telesdon was a cutter. Diamond Dallas Page, a professional wrestler who popularized this technique as Diamond Cutter gave a positive response for Z's use of this technique in Twitter.[3]
    • Hideyoshi Iwata, the suit actor for Z Beta Smash at that time said that he was inspired by this move from Japanese wrestler Satoshi Kojima's Koji-Koji Cutter.[4]
The shot of the billboard.

The shot of the billboard.

  • While Telesdon is rampaging in the city, there is a billboard that says "Geofront Development, To a new underground home" Possibly a reference to the Underground People, but when examined closer, there is a phone number that reads 19-661-211. When the dashes are removed from the numbers it reads out "1966, 12/11 (11th of December, 1966)" which is the airing date of Telesdon's debut episode in the original Ultraman.
