Revival! Dinosaur King is the 22nd episode of Gridman the Hyper Agent.
Plot[]
An archaeological team led by Dr. Yoshihara discovered a T-Rex skeleton at the outskirt of Sakuragaoka. Seeing this as the first recorded existence of the dinosaur in Japan, the discovery made it to the news and will be named as “Japan’s Tyrannosaurus”. Feeling challenged by the declaration of the dinosaur king, Takeshi and Kahn decided to create a new monster.
Ippei on the other hand decided to use this as an inspiration to transform Dragon Fortress into what he would call Dyna Dragon, a mechanical Tyrannosaurus to support Gridman in his future fights. When the dinosaur’s skeleton was transmitted to the Sakuragaoka University’s computer, Takeshi sabotaged the data. His act alerted Naoto and Yuka in the middle of surveying the data to notify Yoshihara’s team of the incident at their excavation site. To their relief, the actual Tyrannosaurus data is still safe within their computer. Yoshihara decided to give the pair a tour to the excavation site after seeing their aspirations on the specimen.
Takeshi and Kahn unleashed Neo Metallus to the site’s computerized excavator, manipulating it into harming the archaeologists, Naoto and Yuka, and eventually the dinosaur skeleton. Since cycling all the way back to Interior Space Aya would be too late, Yuka managed to connect the archaeological team’s computer to Junk for Naoto to perform a rather risky fusion with Gridman. Because Gridman already exhausted his energy to perform the aforementioned fusion with Naoto, he was outmatched by Neo Metallus.
Ippei sent the Dragon Fortress and successfully transform it into Dyna Dragon. The new Assist Weapon turn the tides of the battle for Gridman to destroy Neo Metallus and restore the excavator’s system in seconds before the skeleton could be harmed.
