History[]
Ultraman Blazar[]
When the extraterrestrial entity Bazanga landed in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, TKB dispatched Reiko to the scene. Positioned atop a tall tower near Ikebukuro, she conducted a live broadcast of GGF's efforts to counter the Bazanga threat. According to her firsthand account, she witnessed the presence of Ultraman Blazar.First Wave
Subsequently, Reiko continued to serve as a frontline reporter for monster-related disasters, providing ongoing news coverage. She attempted to track Gedos alongside her news team, but they failed to arrive in time. Upon the resolution of the Gedos incident, she arrived at the scene to find the entire harbor, including the Fish Sauce Factory, reduced to ruins.
During the Taganular incident, she interviewed Shotaro Okawa, a senior researcher at the Teaterium Energy Fusion Institute, obtaining insights into the nature of Taganular and the absorption of the new energy source, "Teaterium." When Leviera emerged in Yokohama, she was on-site for exterior filming, capturing firsthand footage of Leviera for her breaking news report.
After some time, at the suggestion of the Broadcast Division's Saburota and Takuma, Reiko participated in a meeting regarding their planned three-hour special program titled "Uncover the True Identity of the Giant Creatures." The motivation behind this program was to discuss recent months' monster attack incidents and the actions of Ultraman Blazar.
During a break, she proposed the idea of interviewing GGF. However, Takuma informed her that GGF was currently in a tense state due to the Dorgo incident and was not open to any media inquiries under the pretext of still being under investigation. Despite some content being edited due to GGF's influence, after watching footage of Blazar in combat, her confidence in producing the special program grew stronger, along with the rest of the team.
However, due to sponsorship reasons, the special program was eventually canceled and replaced with an anime show. Reiko eventually left the scene, using the excuse of having to host another program, leaving Takuma behind to console the disappointed Saburota.Uncover the True Identity of the Giant Creatures
