Ultraman 80:

A queen of the Underground people of ultraman 80. She knew of Takeshi's secret identity and told him that the she wanted the Underground race of 4 billion people to rise up to earth and block out the sun. She was really angered that U.G.M. tried to attack so that is why she sent the underground men to keep the UGM hostage. Takeshi told UGM to stop the attacks and they did until a insane secratary tranquillazied the people at UGM and launched a attack on the sun cover. 

Once the underground men informed the Queen that this had happened, she became extremely frusturated until a underground Gomora woke up from the violence destroying the Underground hideout as the Queen waved goodbye.
