isHistory[]
Ultraman Decker[]
The Phase Riser was created and intended by Agams to be a controller device for Terraphaser once he hijacked the robot from TPU's possession. It was first seen once he denounce his affiliation from the organization, first to disconnect HANE2 from his terminal in the robot and shutting it down. Once he hijacked it, the device is still in use, mainly to harvest the power of Mons Dimension Cards while Terraphaser is being motion-controlled through its bio-link with Agams.
After Agams died, the Phase Riser was left behind. The data stored on it contained information on Mother Spheresaurus' weakness, which proved to be vital in the final battle with the Spheres.
Powers[]
- Ark Signal [2]
- Shutdown Program: By aiming towards Terraphaser, Agams can force the robot to shut down its programs and disconnect HANE2 from its terminal, hence forcing him to return to the terminal in Nursedessei in a state of malfunction.
: A type of signal emitted to manipulate Terraphaser. It remains active for as long as Terraphaser is in Phase 2. - Terraphaser Card Summon: Phase Riser can summon Terraphaser's Mons Dimension Card by firing a red energy bullet.
- Card Reading: The Phase Riser can scan and read the Mons Dimension Cards. Aside from Terraphaser's to access the robot, other cards allow Terraphaser to access their respective monsters' powers onto its own.
- Self Levitation: The gun is capable of levitating on its own, presumably through Agams' guidance.
- Energy Bullets: As its normal function, Phase Riser can shoot a red energy bullet from its twin barrel.
- Travel Sphere: The Phase Riser can encase Agams within a red energy sphere, which teleports him into Terraphaser's hidden cockpit.
- Ark Signal : As with the Gun Mode, Spark Mode still emits Ark Signal as a means of maintaining Agams' control for Terraphaser.

Trivia[]
- The Phase Riser is designed after the head of Terraphaser in mind. Hence the back of Terraphaser card when inserted into the Phase Riser, not to mention converting it to Spark Mode emulates the robot's Phase 2 when Agams prepares to hijack its control.
- The Phase Riser functions in a similar way to the Grid Lancer gun from Tetsujin 28-go FX, in that it hijacks control of the mecha it designated (in this case, the titular mecha) to the gun's owner.
- The real life DX toy of the Phase Riser is capable of scanning the Ultra Dimension Cards as well, hence doing so performs a similar function to their Mons Dimension Cards counterpart.
- As revealed in the Figure-Oh vol. 300, the Phase Riser was a late addition to Ultraman Decker, resulted when Bandai wanted to cash in on the popularity of humanoid antagonists that the New Generation Heroes series is known for, especially when most of their related products made it to P-Bandai. This also resulted with other last minute changes such as Terraphaser's antagonist status and the conception of Agams as a whole.
