Operation: Mystery - Second File is a reboot of the 1968 series Operation: Mystery. Comprised of three episodes, it aired on NHK in April 2007,[1] and was rebroadcast numerous times since.[2][3]
Synopsis[]
Established to address the growing incidents of scientific crimes and unexplained phenomena, the Special Team "SRI" was formed. Under the leadership of Director Matoya, skilled members like Shiro Maki devote themselves tirelessly to investigations day and night.
Their mission is to unravel mysteries and uncover the truth, utilizing exceptional scientific prowess and sharp insight, regardless of how bizarre or complex the incidents may be. Behind the extraordinary events lie the darkness of human hearts and unexpected outcomes.
