Noboru Ikeda is one of the main characters of Ultraman 80. He was a new member of UGM.

Ikeda has a kind, friendly, and highly positive personality and interacts with all members with a good attitude. He often has harmonious interactions with children encountered during investigations.

Ikeda comes from a family of Shinto priests who serve at the Yamanashi Shrine. The 99th Year Dragon Festival As the 6th term trainee of UGM, he took over from Harada and Tajima, who were transferred to Australia, becoming a new member of UGM.White Demon of Fear
During missions, he usually works with Emi on data analysis within the team while also having a strong interest in mechanics and often striving to invent new weapons, which often leads to scolding from captain Oyama. During missions, he often teams up with Takeshi and refers to him as "Senpai." He is also very similar to Harada, as Ikeda always wants to use his guns to kill monsters.
In the finale, he held a farewell party with the members of UGM and bid farewell together to Takeshi and Ryoko as they left Earth. Ah! The Giraffes and Elephants Turned to Ice!!
