Synopsis[]
Young doctor Kosuke Amada orchestrated a car accident to save his wife, who had suffered burns all over her body. He became the perpetrator known as the "Flames Man" and used this ruse to transplant the skin of burn victims transported to his hospital onto his wife. With patients receiving artificial skin grafts, Amada was hailed as a skilled surgeon. However, this artificial skin would dim due to ultraviolet rays. His wife urgently needed fresh skin.
36 years later, the SRI, which now has ten branches worldwide and intervenes in international crime, upon learning of this incident, utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to track down this criminally insane individual who has plagued them.
