Masaki Nishina is a Japanese actor who played as an unnamed EYES member in Ultraman Cosmos vs. Ultraman Justice: The Final Battle and Ryu Aihara in Ultraman Mebius. He also voiced Ultraman Hikari in the last episode of Ultraman Mebius. He also made a cameo as an unnamed civilian in Great Decisive Battle! The Super 8 Ultra Brothers.
