Mai Yuki is one of the supporting antagonists of Ultraman Z. She is GAFJ's Chief of Operations.

When she first appeared, she visited STORAGE's base with many subordinates and forcibly installed the D4 on King Joe STORAGE Custom. Acting under the chief of operations' authority, she decided to use the D4 in combat without test firing, causing conflict with STORAGE's maintenance team.
The situation eased only after Yoko approved the attack. When King Joe faced a desperate moment, she urged Kuriyama to use the D4. After seeing its dimensional collapse power and Ultraman Z contain the disaster with the Zestium Ray, she wished humans could have Ultraman-level power.D4
Three days after STORAGE disbanded, she became captain of its successor, SAAG, and head of operations at the headquarters, taking over STORAGE's former base. She led a project with GAFJ to develop a defensive weapon equal or superior to Ultraman: Ultroid Zero. Using data from Ultramen on Earth, they planned a new special machine based on Ultraman, equipped with a D4 superweapon. Yoko was appointed test driver.Individual Tomorrows She later announced Ultroid Zero's completion at a GAFJ press conference, unaware that Celebro had possessed Kuriyama.Prelude to a Nightmare
When Celebro transferred from Kuriyama to Yoko and stole Ultroid Zero, she tried to stop her via comms. After seeing a video of Hebikura turning into Juggler, she mistakenly identified all former STORAGE members as enemies.The Game to Extinction
During the Destrudos crisis, she confronted STORAGE members at their base entrance, accusing them as masterminds and ordering guards to open fire. She was eventually knocked unconscious by Juggler.Warriors Shining Beyond
