Kouki Fukami is one of the supporting characters of Ultraman Dyna. He is the inspector general of TPC, taking over in Souichiro Sawai's absence.
Personality[]
Fukami is usually calm and kind in personality. When interacting with others, he can typically maintain a calm and rational perspective in communication.
However, he lacks decisiveness, and when important decisions need to be made during high-level meetings, he may hesitate or need more time to consider different options. In private, he has a slightly mischievous side.

Ultraman Dyna[]
In the past, Fukami was the chairman of an environmental protection organization. Due to Sawai's illness and hospitalization, Fukami was appointed as the second director of TPC to carry out its duties. Compared to Miyata, who frequently enters and issues instructions at the Super GUTS headquarters, he intervenes less in Super GUTS missions.
When he first appeared, he visited Mars Base to inspect its development projects. When Darambia attacked Mars, he alone brought injured staff to safety.
