Kinokongu is a massive mushroom-like Terror-Beast that was created by Leader Jericho and appeared in the series, Dinosaur Squadron Koseidon.

History

Dinosaur Squadron Koseidon

All the suddenly, a few dinosaurs started getting hyper, and fought each other. They eventually went berserk killing scientists, until the Koseidon Corps arrive. When Go Toki spots a mysterious figure in the dirt, he goes investigating it. Then, many mushrooms started popping up from the ground at that moment. Eventually, the mushrooms started spewing spores, and soon enough, Kinokongu rose from the ground. Then Kinokongu swipes his sword at Go Toki, which barely misses. But before the hero can escape, the mushroom monster causes the small mushrooms to spew gas spore on him, making him injured. Later on, Princess Altasha senses she must go outside, but gets caught by Kinokongu. Using her as bait, General Kesnochi threatens to kill Altasha. Go Toki goes to the rescue becoming Koseider. The mushroom monster was not easily defeated however. With its sword, it was almost equal power with the hero, but Koseider attacked it fast enough before it could react, causing the mushroom monster to fall down, and explode.
