Because this Kaiju is a character in the show instead of the monster-of-the-week, it has been given its own article. If you're looking for the main page, see Red King. |
King Docking was the ruthless ruler of Planet Battle Star that appeared first in episode 5 of Ultraman Kids: 30 Million Light-Years in Search of Mother, becoming a secondary character in the series.
History[]
Ultraman Kids: 30 Million Light-Years in Search of Mother[]
Docking's Planet[]
When Maa, and the rest of the children, in search of Maa's parents, got lost and landed on a planet, they were greeted by a group of soldiers. Looming over them was King Docking, the stern king of the planet. Informing the children that the planet they landed on was his planet, Planet Battle Star. Maa and Sev tried to explain they just got lost, with the tyrant king demanding to know who the captain of the Kid Star was, with Bal and Maa both coming forward.
King Docking explained to them that who ever lands on his planet, becomes his slave and turned into his soldiers. He then took a liking to Piko and Pigko, taking them to his castle as he demanded that if they wanted to save the two, the children and his soldiers would race to his abode, forcing the soldiers to take part.
When Maa and his friends won the race, Maa was 'volunteered' by Bal to fight the massive King. Using his speed, Maa easily dodged most of the king's attacks, but when backed into a corner, was grabbed. Remembering his beam attack, Maa began to shoot rapidly, startling the king and shattering his favorite mirror, but not hitting the main target. The kids then grabbed the shards and used them to reflect Maa's beams back into Docking's body. The soldiers, who's freedom was also fought for by Maa, joined in and also reflected the beams back. The beams began to give Docking a rash and he declared Maa the winner.
Freeing his soldiers and letting them return to their original forms and leave, Docking reflected that he only lost twice, once to Maa and to someone who reminded him of Maa. Seeing the chance, Maa retrieved a photo of his parents, where the King informed them that yes, he fought Maa's father. Knowing his parents were still out there, the kids left on Kids Star, while King Docking sighed and stated he was all alone again.
Panic! Iron Mask Castle[]
When the crew of the Kids Star became very bored and landed on a planet, Bal had a lapse of memory before Gutsun reminded him why they were on this journey in the first place, remembering that King Docking pointed them to Planet Tarot.
Huh!? Gutsun kidnapped!?[]
Docking's last appearance was when Gutsun was kidnapped by a robot. The reason was because of Bal's constant bullying, which caught the ire of Docking's Mother. The old lady was heart broken that her crybaby son left home and never mailed her or anything. As Maa and his friends helped her come over her grief, a holographic message from King Docking arrived, declaring he was coming to visit his mother soon.
