Kenjiro Koba is one of the main characters of Ultraman Max. He is a member of DASH, known for his marksmanship. He is close friends with Sean White. Throughout the series he is shown to have a tendency to being late, but is earnest in his desire to defend Earth.

Koba is the best shooter on the team, and he carries his own dedicated Koba Special to fight. According to the data calculated by Elly, the probability of his shooting the target is as high as 73%, so he has a high-strength shooting technique. In addition, he will also fly fighters.
At first, he and Elly didn't get along well, but later on, the relationship between the two gradually got better and better.
He was criticized by the children who came to the base because he was often late and was ignored for letting the monster escape, but his subsequent success in the mission also allowed him to regain the trust of the children. Young DASH
