Kazuki Oyama is one of the main characters of Ultraman 80. He is the captain of UGM.

Oyama was originally the commander of the UNDA Air Force Special Training, being able to drive proficiently in fighter jet technology and complete difficult operations such as jackknife flying and vertical descent. He is also the ace pilot on the team. However, among all the members of the UGM Far East Branch, only he had experience in fighting monsters in the past. Therefore in the early stage of the series, he led the team to participate in actual combat. Later after Chief Ito took office, he served as the resident commander-in-chief at the headquarters.
