This Zetton was a Battlenizer monster under Kate's ownership, used as her final round in the fight against Rei to awaken his potential as a Reionics. It was killed after successfully carrying out its mission, but its remains were salvaged by Alien Reiblood for his own malicious goal.

Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle[]
Kate and Zetton
Zetton was the last of Kate's Battlenizer monsters after her Fire Golza and Gan-Q were defeated by Rei's monsters and the ZAP SPACY. Zetton definitely proved to also be her strongest as well, easily manhandling all of Rei's monsters (Gomora, Litra, and Eleking) without showing much signs of fatigue or physical harm for most of the battle. Rei was forced to surrender in order to save his monsters from death, only to receive the respect of Kate and another rematch with her. Ultraman Reiblood Rei and Kate's final battle involved Gomora vs. Zetton to which Zetton clearly had the strength advantage, overpowering Gomora and blocking all of his attacks. However before Zetton could finish him off he was attacked by King Joe Black and the two fought to a stand-still. After a short while, Gomora transformed into EX Gomora and dominated both Zetton and King Joe Black, and in the end King Joe Black was gouged and weakened by EX Gomora's tail and Zetton was destroyed by EX Gomora's EX Ultra Oscillation Wave. The final fight between Kate's Zetton and Rei's Gomora was witnessed by Io Mikura and his Pigmon when the two traveled 50 years to the past of Planet Boris.
Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Adventure NEO[]
Having survived his apparent destruction from Deathfacer, Alien Reiblood salvaged a remaining cell of Kate's Zetton. Seeing Kanegon being chased by a group of aliens, Reiblood conjured a portal that leads him to a parallel world where Ai Asama lived and implanted the Zetton cell into Kanegon's Battlenizer. This resulted with Ai participating in the fight by controlling Kanegon's Red King, as the skull monster's continuous growth in strength also empowered the Zetton cell. By the time when the pair were off world thanks to Alien Guts and encountered Giant Yapool, the Zetton cell emerged as a blue sphere to defend them from the alternate dimension being. At first the sphere was considered as their ally, until it escaped when Kanegon's Battlenizer evolved into Neo Battlenizer and attacked Ultraman Tiga. The sphere went into the wormhole while being pursued by Ai, Kanegon and Vittorio in the latter's spaceship.
Reiblood/EX Zetton vs the Space Alliance Army.
The blue sphere time traveled to the events of Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey, where it absorbs the energies emitted by the ongoing Reionics Battle on Planet Hammer. After Red King's fight with Vittorio's EX Gomora, it flew away back to the present day. Ultraman caught wind of the sphere, firing at it to reveal EX Zetton . The monster quickly made short work of both the Ultra and Red King, only to face an army assembled by Alien Hipporit and Yapool, known as the Space Alliance Army. As Ai, Vittorio and Kanegon escaped the ensuing conflict, Kate would appear to them to explain the situation behind Zetton's resurrection and disappeared once she acknowledged Ai's resolve.
While still plowing through the might of the army, Yapool and Hipporit formulated a plan to have Bemstar, Gudon and Telesdon hold off the monster until he brought out the Hipporit Capsule to petrify it. Reiblood responded by possessing the monster, allowing it to escape and completely obliterate the army with 100 Trillion Meteor. With Vittorio's Battlenizer damaged, he brought Io Mikura as an additional reinforcement. Reiblood resurrected the Space Alliance Army as his undead reinforcements, but Ultraman blocked them from providing support while Seven paralyzed EX Zetton in place long enough for Gomora and Red King to deal the final blow. The destruction of EX Zetton caused Reiblood to disappear and the undead army to rest in peace.

- Powers and Weapons
- Zetton Breaker : Zetton can launch a very powerful, destructive, explosive wave-like beam of yellowish white energy fired from both his hands.
- One Trillion Degrees Fireball /Meteor Fireball /Zetton Fireball : Zetton's primary attack, he can emit and launch a variety of yellow colored fire balls from his "mouth", or the orange-yellow stripe spot on his face/forehead. These fireballs range in power with explosive results, vary from being small and weak, which can be fired in rapid succession, to being bigger and more powerful (about the size of his face), creating entire explosions that are larger than himself and are capable of overwhelming the strongest of foes and energy shields. This is able to be charged before his face to create a massive fireball.
- Zetton Barrier : When attacked, Zetton can create and erect a large, powerful crystal-like electromagnetic barrier around its entire body that is capable of protecting him from all but the strongest of attacks. Should Zetton close the force field while being attacked, projectiles will be bounced directly back at the source. However, the barrier has an opening at the top, and does not shield him from attacks thrown from above his head.
- Super Strength: Zetton has a great deal of strength, even more so than Red King. Capable of taking on the combined might and forces of Gomora, Litra, and Eleking at once. This great strength he has also allows him to rival the strength of powerful monsters such as King Joe Black and even the Ultramen.
- Enhanced Agility: Kate's Zetton demonstrates the ability to be extremely agile, able to do backflips despite its massive body proportions and even performing a flying kick of its own.

The Blue Sphere , as called by Ai and Kanegon, is the cocoon form of the still-developing EX Zetton.

- Trillion Meteor : EX Zetton's fireball attack, a single shot can decimate beings like Giant Yapool, Tiga and Ultraman.
- Energy Feeding: The blue sphere can absorb energies from Red King's developing strength throughout the course of being inside Kanegon's Reionics. Once escaped, it can also absorb energies of other Reionics, especially from the ongoing Reionics Battle on Planet Hammer.
- Flight: The blue sphere can fly on its own, itself acting as EX Zetton's transport.

- Powers and Weapons
- Trillion Meteor : EX Zetton can launch extremely powerful fireballs fired from his face. These are quoted to be 100 Trillion Degrees Fahrenheit and can create gigantic explosions, even bigger than itself.
- One Trillion Degrees Fireball : The original Zetton's standard attack. In the game ULTRA MONSTERS NEO, Reiblood claims that a supercharged attack can destroy parallel universes, but was stopped midway through Reimon and Kate's intervention.
- Strength: EX Zetton boasts of great natural strength, able to easily overpower both Ultraman and Red King. Under Reiblood's possession, it can escape from Hipporit's petrification attempt after initially being unable to do so.
- Thick Hide: EX Zetton's hide is impervious to attacks, able to simultaneously withstand the might of the Space Alliance Army.
- Shutter Barrier :[1] EX Zetton can conjure a stronger variant of the original barrier.
- Teleportation: EX Zetton can teleport itself to evade its opponent's attack before appearing to deliver its sneak attack.
- Reiblood Empowerment: EX Zetton and empower itself with Reiblood's spirit, doing so at the cost of being his vessel.
- Resurrection: EX Zetton can resurrect deceased Kaiju to act as its reinforcements.

The story arc for Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Adventure NEO is adapted into the arcade game in its simplified version, chapters 14 and 15.
In it, the story follows after Vittorio finally frees himself from the influence of his innate Reionics DNA (the same influence that turned Rei into Reimon Burst Mode). Reiblood emerges from Kanegon's Battlenizer, having revealed to have inhabited in the device to feed on the protagonist (Ai Asama in this case)'s growing strength as a Reionics. This also allows him to bring out EX Zetton as his new body. Reimon appeared to the protagonist, taking over Kate's role in the manga to explain Reiblood's true plan.
If the protagonist actually won the fight with their preferred monster, the scene would later reveal that EX Zetton still prevails. Reiblood plans to destroy the multiverse by charging the 100 Trillion Meteor attack, but Reimon prevents his predecessor, stating that Kate's Zetton will never be as heartless as the evil spirit. Kate's spirit appears, inviting EX Zetton to return to her side as the monster comply. Doing so strips Reiblood from a physical body and causing him to disappear and undoing his threat against the multiverse.
Whereas the manga has Ultraseven, then Tiga, bringing Ai back to his Planet Earth, it was Reimon doing so to all three young Reionics as they found themselves in a glowing dimensional rift, reassuring a future where the powers of Reionics can be used for good. Trivia[]
- The Zetton suit from Ultraman Max was reused for Zetton's battle in the series.
- Zetton is one of the few Kaiju in the series that does not appear in the opening credits (along with Juran, Mukadender, Fire Golza, Bullton, Arigera, Zoa Muruchi, Nova, Lunaticks, and King Joe Black).
- Zetton's fight against Gomora and King Joe Black was referenced by the Spark Dolls Troupe in New Ultraman Retsuden episode 16.
- The biggest contrast in both the manga and arcade game adaptation shows the final fate of Kate's Zetton.
- In the manga, despite turning over a new leaf, Kate shows no compunctions in letting the protagonist destroying her old monster, somewhat parallel to her treatment of other monsters under her ownership (Gan-Q and Fire Golza).
- In the game however, it appears as if Kate and Rei holds a special attachment to that Zetton, even when it was resurrected by Reiblood to be his means of physical form. It was also through this connection that Zetton is able to break free from Reiblood and returning to Kate.
- In Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey, an illusion of Zetton was conjured by Galberos under a Reionics Alien Nackle to drive Rei and his Gomora to the point of exhaustion. While it was never stated if this illusion was also used against other Reionics participant, this may be Galberos' powers affecting Rei through his near death experience of fighting Kate's Zetton.
- As the blue sphere, it resembled the same blue balloon emitted from Alien Zetton's spaceship in Farewell, Ultraman.
