Ultraman Wiki

Junki Takegami (武上 純希, Takegami Junki) is a Japanese screenwriter. He served as a writer and series compositor for the Ultraman Series during the Heisei era. His real name is Shozo Yamazaki (山崎 昌三, Yamazaki Shōzō).

Career[]

Yamazaki began to participate in screenwriting work in early 1981, officially debuted under the pseudonym Junki Takegami the following year, and began activities as a freelance screenwriter. To this day, he continues his activities centering on animation and TV dramas.

Since the 1990s, he has been involved in writing the Ultraman Series and the Super Sentai series. His representative works are Heisei Ultraseven from 1998 and 2002.

In 2018, he participated in Ultraman R/B TV series compositor together with Takao Nakano and Satoshi Ito.[1]
