Interstellar Alliance (星間連盟, Seikan Renmei) is an intergalactic peacekeeping organization that mainly operated in the World of Planet O-50. Despite their noble reputation, later publications would reveal that the Alliance is corrupt, having engaged in multiple questionable acts behind the scenes.

History

Ultraman Orb Chronicle

The Interstellar Alliance first appeared during Gai Kurenai's quest for the elements in his Orb Calibur. He actively helped them arresting criminals at the same time. When Jugglus Juggler, Gai's former companion and one of the alliance's wanted criminals, launched a prison riot in Planet 484, an officer was forced to seek Gai's help in fulfilling Juggler's demand, who also helped neutralizing the riot at the cost of his companion, Shorty. The Blue-Eyed Girl Whose Name is Gray

The Interstellar Alliance was revealed to the one who conspired with Mr. Largo (ラルゴ氏, Rarugo-shi) in claiming Planet Dontak for themselves under the false pretense of modernizing it. Largo had Bakubarba send the three mercenary siblings; Rosso, Blu and Grigio to eradicate Nero so his mercenaries could perform a genocide on the entire Bosco Tribe. While Largo excavated all the rare minerals for himself, he later sold Dontak for the Alliance to build their Supply Transfer Ship. After the three siblings were chosen by the Voice of Light to become Ultraman Rosso, Ultraman Blu and Grigio Bone, the Interstellar Alliance recruited them into their cause in order to have the Ultras to their side. The siblings then discover that Bakubarba had been silently turning her orphanage into a child trafficking hub (with the Alliance's approval as well) and Grigio killed her in a fit of rage. Although the Alliance compensated their actions with putting the orphans under their care, they still lost the siblings anyway during a fight with Leugocyte. Tri-Squad VoiceDrama

The Interstellar Alliance hired Fuma to get rid of a certain monster who was seen killing people who attempted to get to the Crusader's Peak, having been witnessed by the son of one of the organization's executives. The monster turned out to be Fuma's mentor, Gerg. While they fought, the Interstellar Alliance's hitmen suddenly appeared and attempted to kill them both together. Fuma survived the ordeal after he was brought to the Voice of Light by Gerg and transformed into an Ultraman.

Jugglus Juggler Chronicle: Ja no Michi wa Hebi

Following Juggler's crime of chopping the Tree of Life on Planet Kanon, the monarchy system was abolished and the planet had since been ruled by the Interstellar Alliance, who proceed to turn it into a dystopian tourism center. They destroyed the natural beauty of the planet with modernization and mining operations, even making a mock Tree of Life shaped HUB building on the stump of the actual tree. In addition, the Alliance once tried to grab a hold of the developing Planet Baphomet by setting up a puppet government, but were overthrown by its military council, leading to the formation of their rivaling superpower, the Imbat Federation.

At some unknown point of time, the mercenary known as Sagittari was recruited into the Interstellar Alliance and put in charge of a team of Special Force Officers (特殊部隊隊員, Tokushu Butai Taiin), designated for assassination missions. One day when the team went to carry out a mission against the leader of the Alliance's rivaling organization, their operations were exposed due to an internal conflict happening within the Alliance at the same time. To save face, the Alliance destroyed evidence of the Special Force Officers and left them to die in the rival organization's attack. This incident provoked Sagittari into obtaining the ability to transform into Grigio and eventually working with Phalaris to enact her revenge on her former employers.

The arms dealer Phalaris took advantage of the Alliance's conflict with the Federation by selling Monster Weapons to both parties and had Sagittari attacking the transport ship Aprohols (アプロホルス号, Apurohorusu-gō). With reports of Phalaris having the gene bomb leaked to the Alliance, the team under Rebehsie's command on Planet Kanon conscripted Juggler's help in arresting Phalaris, obtaining the Fruit of Life and rescuing Biranki in exchange of pardoning his crimes. Juggler reluctantly took the offer and slipped onto Planet Baphomet, but despite Phalaris' death, he defied the Alliance by taking the fruit for himself and hiding the amnesiac Biranki on Planet La Rochefoucauld under Jinobe's care. What happened to the Alliance after this is unknown, though it is more likely that they gained advantage over their rivalls, the Imbat Fedderation, once the latter's capital planet was destroyed by Grigio Raiden.
