Trivia[]
- Guigass and Red King's appearance together serve as a homage to "Mystery Comet Tsuifon", the twenty-fifth episode of the original Ultraman.
- Their initial battle at the start of the episode features music from Ultraman.
- Dorako also appeared in said episode, but instead of phyiscally appearing in this episode, its roars are used for the advert kaiju.
- The Japan Kaiju Damage Insurance Company ad kaiju is a repurposed Gankiryu from the 2023 independent tokusatsu short film of the same name.[6]
- It is stated that before Red King II, a Red King was discovered on "Tatari Island", which is a clear reference to Tatara Island, where Red King first appeared in the original Ultraman series. Additionally, a photo of the kaiju used by SKaRD was taken directly from the series.
