Ikeyama , commonly called Director Ikeyama , is one of the supporting characters of Ultraman Cosmos. He adminstrates the SRC's Monster Conservation Control Center on Kaburaya Islands and is responsible for taking care of its inhabitants and managing its electrical shield.

As a close friend of Musashi Haruno, he also believed that humans and monsters could coexist. Musashi often visited Kaburaya Islands to see the monsters and speak with him. Reunion With Light
When Zaranga arrived on Earth, Ikeyama went to Treasure Base to show Team EYES old records describing the same monster coming to Earth in the past to give birth in the ocean. A Space Monster is Born on Earth
